Kellie Holland supports Team Ritter as a senior loan partner, bringing deep operational experience across underwriting, closing, funding, and post-closing review. With more than 20 years in the mortgage industry, she has worked extensively on the lender side as well as in broker environments, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how loans move from application through funding.
Kellie has trained account executives, processors, and loan officers throughout her career, and she brings that institutional knowledge to every file she supports. Her role is focused on precision, follow-through, and problem-solving — ensuring that details are handled correctly and that each loan is positioned for a smooth and timely close.
Outside of work, Kellie is deeply family-oriented and enjoys hands-on projects at home, where no two weekends look the same. She also tends to a large flock of heritage and specialty chickens — a responsibility she approaches with the same care and attention she brings to her work.

Lisa Isabell brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Team Ritter and has worked closely with Jon Ritter for many of those years. She plays a central role in guiding loan files from application through closing, helping both borrowers and originators navigate requirements, documentation, and underwriting expectations with clarity and confidence.
Lisa is particularly skilled at anticipating underwriting questions and positioning files for approval, ensuring details are addressed early and accurately. Her deep familiarity with the full loan process allows her to support nearly every aspect of a file, contributing to smoother timelines and more predictable outcomes for clients.
Based in Baltimore County, Lisa balances her professional responsibilities with life at home with her husband and two children. Her steady presence, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through make her an essential part of the team and a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Kim brings more than three decades of mortgage industry experience to Team Ritter, with a background spanning processing, underwriting, sales, and post-closing management. As Post-Close Manager, she oversees Jon’s Mortgage Under Management program, helping ensure that clients continue to receive thoughtful guidance and support well beyond the closing table.
Kim’s role focuses on long-term follow-through. She proactively reviews loans after closing, identifies opportunities to support clients as their needs evolve, and helps turn Jon’s CARE (Creating a Referable Experience) philosophy into a consistent, practical process. Her work reinforces the team’s commitment to clarity, advocacy, and ongoing client care throughout the life of the loan.
Outside of work, Kim’s sense of home reflects what she values most—connection, creativity, and care. Living alongside her horse and two dogs, she sees home as more than a structure; it’s a place of meaning, continuity, and comfort. That perspective carries through in how she supports clients long after their loan has closed.

Colette Evans-Hanya serves as Vice President of Operations and Business Development and as a Senior Home Loan Advisor for Team Ritter, bringing more than 20 years of experience in residential mortgage finance. She is known for her ability to structure strategic financing solutions across a wide range of scenarios, including complex purchases, refinances, investment properties, and non-traditional borrower profiles.
Colette works closely with a broad network of lending partners, including niche and private capital sources, allowing her to guide clients through situations that fall outside conventional lending models. Her approach emphasizes clarity, thoughtful structuring, and careful execution, helping borrowers secure favorable terms while navigating less straightforward financing paths.
In addition to her advisory role, Colette oversees operations at Ritter Mortgage, where she focuses on strengthening systems, improving collaboration, and supporting a high-functioning team environment. Her work behind the scenes is aimed at creating a smoother, more consistent experience for clients, staff, and loan officers alike.
